We are so proud of this renovation project which just goes to show that everything old truly can be new again! A humble South Melbourne cottage was transformed into a double storey three bedroom family home with the use of high-end luxury finishes that reflect both the beauty of modern Melbourne and our clients’ contemporary flair.
Selections and finishes include the use of marble in the bathrooms and kitchen island bench, Dekton porcelain kitchen work surfaces, custom cabinetry throughout and modern polished concrete flooring with a specialised burnished finish. Further interior finishes include custom-made steel frame windows and doors, on trend matte black tapware and balustrading, brass metallic accents, floor to ceiling marble mosaic feature tiling and an eye-catching entry with European hardwood floors and a statement chandelier.
